Bezeq internet is trash friends support 0 internet speed 0 Problems in every week there is a problem with access and even if you try to call they will steal 2 hours of your life and finally you hang up and find another company.

I had trouble reaching Bezek from America. Sometimes the phone numbers didn't work and the hours are limited so it was hard to find the time to reach them with the seven hour difference to Boston.

I was finally able to contact Bezek and they are scheduled to come December 28, 2023 in the early morning. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam: I am writing on behalf of my dad, Alexey Bard, an Israeli 94 year old Holocaust survivor, who lives at Harav Moshe Bloy 32, apt 7 in Petah Tikva. His phone number in Petah Tikva is 03-931-****. On November 27, 2021, around noon time, his three home video Provision (PnV2) cameras (in the salon and bedroom) stopped working. All three cameras were installed in 2018 and up to the afternoon of November 27, 2021, they were working perfectly. We can view the cameras when we are in the same location as the cameras, in my dads apartment, but cannot view while in different location or when using cellular WiFi internet connection. We talked to the ISP, Netvision, representative, who assured us that everything is fine on Netvision side, and its bezeq routers port that are not working properly. I talked to several bezeq reps on the phone. Both told me they see problems with my dads internet and sent a tech to fix them. But on December 16, when bezeq technician came, he did nothing, which he openly admitted to me, and said that google works and he is not going to do anything. He didnt check the router or modem, was rude and disrespectful, yelled at me and left. The internet still does not send signals to three cameras in the house, so the router problems remain unresolved. Apparently, something happened to the internet connection on November 27, and, according to Provision camera provider representative, something in the router is blocking the cameras from communicating with the internet. A Provision representative advised us to contact bezeq for technical support. Could you please send a diligent and knowledgeable bezeq representative to restore internet connection to the cameras. It is crucial, due to my dads age and health and mental condition, that we, his closest family members, have access to cameras are able to see our dad and his home attendant as often as we need it. Bezeq never responded and can not be contacted, this is not uncommon with most companies in Israel. Customer service has not arrived

I have no cell phone, no landline phone, no TV, and just one laptop. I moved into my current apartment on August 1, 2020. Since then, every month you have been taking NIS 199 out of my bank account. Hi , My Visa Cal card is being charged a monthly fee by Bezeq of NIS 176.88 I do not use your services and have not done so since November 2019 when the contract was cancelled, please can you do two things: -Immediately cease the monthly charge -Refund me for the last twelve months payment you have taken from me. So me and my girlfriend moved to Israel and of course we needed internet. We had been told that Bezeq was the way to go and was the main supplier. We experienced the opposite. from day 1 we had problems, then it was on then it was, then it was slow and so on. We even got a guy that ''fixed'' it for us multiple, end result: It didn't do nothing. People if you want a word of advise, are you in need of internet in Israel don't get Bezeq. Sometimes it doesn't and often it's super slow, I've seen trees grow faster.

REGARDING BEZEQ HORRIBLE SERVICE SERVICE: We had a person visit us today claiming to be representative of BEZEQ. If he was I do not know how is it possible that a company like BEZEQ would higher this NON-SERVCE ORIENTED and OFFFENSIVE PERSON. We received a horrible treatment at his hands. Half of the time he spend with us was not at our house. He kept on coming and going and talking on the phone and SMSing, together with telling us that he cannot finish his work because he does not have time. Today is 22.8.16 the so called "service" was given today at around 12:30. His name is SHAY MADAR although I do not know if this is his real name. We have attempted to contact the customer service and they have not rendered service as needed. We are very disappointed in BEZEQ especially as it is billed the company with the greatest service around. VERY DISAPPOINTED. He walked around our house without being accompanied. WE CAUGHT HIM ON THE BALCONY TALKING APPARENTLY ABOUT HIS OWN BUSINESS AND SMSING REFUSING TO RENDER SERVICE TO US. I ASK YOU INVESTIGATE THIS FURTHER AND FILE THIS AS COMPLAIN. I am posting this in all groups I know in Israel including the Bezeq Facebook Page. BEZEQ The worst internet service I have ever seen in my whole life. It´s a internet service in Israel, their service doesn´t work, technical support is not efficient, most of the representatives do not speak english, when they finally answer almost 2 hours later, say it´s fixed and 10 minutes is already unstable and slow. I hope someone from Bezeq will see this complaint and do something. They do not respect Olim Chadash! I am calling to cancel and they don´t answer. Can anybody help me someway?
